What we collect

An email address for sign-in; a guild alias; and the gameplay information you choose to provide in applications, your profile, the forum and the calendar. Optional: a Discord username and gameplay screenshots.

What we never ask for

Passwords, account or Discord tokens, real names, home addresses, government IDs or payment details.

Who can see it

Applications, attachments and reviewer notes are visible only to you and guild officers. Roster visibility is off by default and only shown to members when you opt in. Private forum categories are restricted by rank on the server.

Retention & deletion

Contact the officers through the Contact page to request export or deletion of your data.

We use only what is required to keep you signed in. No advertising trackers.
