Code & Hierarchy

The Crown
One crown. The whole Order.
Guild Master and final steward of Ebonlore. Holds appointment authority and responsibility for the doctrine, the Council and the guild's continuity.
The Council weighs proposals, records its votes and advises the Crown. A seat is an appointment, not an earned prestige rank.
Duty before title
Authority follows an assigned responsibility. Each office serves a defined domain.
Combat
Combat doctrine, raid and PvP strategy, campaign readiness.
Recruitment & discipline
Applicant review, conduct investigations and fair adjudication.
Administration
Records, site administration and continuity of the guild.
Economy
Professions, supplies and the strength of the guild economy.
Operations
Event planning, deployment and accountable after-action reports.
Squad
Squad readiness and coordination within an assigned scope.
Moderation
Keeps the halls orderly; moderates without broad administrative power.
The path within
Rank is recognition. Office is responsibility. Neither can be bought.
Beyond the gates. A new voice, not yet sworn.
The first oath begins with intent. Under review by the Order.
Within the walls. Learning the doctrine and proving reliability.
Sworn to the Order. Discipline and loyalty made visible.
Tested through campaigns. Experience placed in service of others.
An exemplary blade of the Order. Mastery without entitlement.
The highest prestige. A legacy of service, never a license to rule.
Ebonblade and Dreadlord carry prestige, not administrative power. Only a separate appointment grants authority.
The Code
Every member is 18 or older. No exceptions.
Know the fight, bring consumables, arrive before the invite.
Debate after the pull, never during it.
Give it plainly. Receive it without ego.
No harassment, hate or discrimination. Every qualified adult is welcome to earn a place.
War plans, logs and officer business stay within the Order.
Never share passwords, account tokens or personal information — not even with officers.
