ArcheAge Chronicles: a new journey through Auroria
Official reveal — September 24, 2024
XLGAMES introduced ArcheAge Chronicles, previously known as ArcheAge 2, as an online action RPG set in Auroria during the Age of Pioneers. The reveal centers on exploration, ancient ruins and the mystery surrounding a catastrophic airship crash.
The developer describes action-focused combat, cooperative encounters and large-scale raids alongside the life skills associated with the ArcheAge series. Housing, crafting and exploration form part of its vision for the world.
An announcement archive, not a launch countdown
The original reveal included an expected 2025 release window. That was the expectation at the time of publication, not a confirmed current launch date. This dispatch preserves the reveal without treating its schedule as a present-day promise.
